Michele Bachmann, Jon Huntsman and Ron Paul supporters have a complaint about the CBS debate that half-aired last Saturday. And they’re completely right.

The supporters deserve an explanation from CBS. Its absolutely unfair.
Perhaps it’s that they are the also-rans, perhaps it’s because of the crazy things they say.
As opposed to candidate Barack Obama who thought it was possible to bring home troops the day he took office and that Iran wasn’t a threat because it’s a “tiny country”.
It was not Obama who restricted the time these people had on the debate.
I think these debates are causing more problems than they solve. Too many candidates, too many debates.
Your bizarre point about Obama shows how much less scrutiny he underwent for his party nomination compared to Perry and the gang.
It would seem better to prepare a candidate by giving them properly hard questions. You say the media sides against them, so why not prepare for that. Palin melted down after being asked what she read when running as VP, Perry and Cain mess up in a way that makes them look bad. The dems under Dean anticipated these things and prepared.
The very 3 people you mention have all said stuff which shows they are not thinking about appealing to 51% of the country needed to win the 2012 election. Show me how that is Obama’s fault if you want, but it will not help the GOP a bit.
I was just responding to your comment that these candidates say “crazy” things. Obama also said he would LOWER THE OCEANS. So, there’s that.
He did say that, but voting people wanted to hear it, and voted him in. The others are just saying crazy things that turn people off. Go figure.
