Posted by: Tatyana at February 5, 2010 at 7:36 pmcongrats!
Posted by: Alceste at February 5, 2010 at 8:40 pmWoohoo! Congratulations. This calls for a drink (come on, you know you want one…).
Posted by: Eric at February 6, 2010 at 2:32 amMazal Tov!
Posted by: chsw at February 6, 2010 at 9:39 amYet more congratulations…and since you have grandmothers on call, the only advice I can give is to buy a complete screwdriver set with the smallest possible measures. You won’t believe how irritating it is putting batteries in toys for infants.
Posted by: J.R. Taylor at February 6, 2010 at 11:34 amcongrats. Good luck, and well wishes for you and your lovely daughter
Posted by: eddiebear at February 6, 2010 at 6:04 pmTook her sweet time in getting here! CONGRATS!
Posted by: James at February 6, 2010 at 7:48 pmNo congrats from Perry or Walrus?
Posted by: Spaniard at February 6, 2010 at 8:46 pmPrecious little one. Congrats once again, Karol.
Posted by: duchess rebecca at February 6, 2010 at 8:58 pmCongratulations! Best wishes to you and your family!
Posted by: Cubachi at February 6, 2010 at 9:09 pmAwww, look at that cute ear!
Best of health to her – and you.
I forgot to add how nice it is that you named your child after Susan Atkins.
Posted by: J.R. Taylor at February 7, 2010 at 12:11 amCongratulations. You will have such a wonderful time (but no sleep for the foreseeable future).
Posted by: Andrew Hazlett at February 7, 2010 at 12:47 amBeautiful! Thanks for sharing your joy with your readers.
Our oldest was also 8 lb. 4 oz. The second one was 9 lb. 2 oz., and the third and last was 10 lbs. even.
(And I second J.R.’s suggestion of a small screwdriver set for opening battery compartments.)
Posted by: Michael Bates at February 7, 2010 at 3:59 amIt is funny to see that your hospital uses the exact same baby blankets as St. Francis here in Tulsa. Didn’t realize it was industry-standard.
Posted by: Michael Bates at February 7, 2010 at 4:03 amCongrats!
Posted by: VinNay at February 7, 2010 at 1:26 pmMay Sadie Sarra and her (future) siblings give you you both joy and pride.

Posted by: chsw at February 7, 2010 at 4:47 pmThank you so much for all your wishes! The only reason Twitter got the info first is because I haven’t been able to update my site from my phone, you know I like you guys better.
Sadie is doing great, I have a feeling I’ll be posting more pics.
