Here’s the scenario: Biden calls Hillary. Hill figures out why he’s calling, completely ignores what she thinks the administration wants her to do, goes and does whatever the hell it is she wants to do, and has a sandwich before Biden finishes his first paragraph of “instructions”.
Problem solved. Well, not actually solved, (we are talking about Hillary, after all) but hopefully slightly less fucked up than Obama’s way would have been.
