And they’d probably support the campaign described in the third to last paragraph, which appears to be more effective than stalking and humiliating the women.

Right. All of a sudden telling them “Grrls! Rule!” is going to change thousands of years of cultural attitudes AND a hefty economic disincentive.
A similar interesting question will arise if there’s ever a decisive pre-natal marker for male homosexuality discovered. Suddenly the gay rights movement will be an anti-abortion movement as well.
