The only real criminal in the drug game is the government. We have seen this story unfold and it was called prohibition. Now our prisons have to release real criminals because they are packed with drug offenders. I know there are plenty of criminals selling drugs that would still be criminals, but there are too many people who should be productive members of society that are locked up for selling this or that. Karol, I believe i have detailed how I would restructure our justice system. Sorry, but i have nothing to say about the rappers here cuz i am luke warm on both of them.
