I’m a big fan of those ‘I was a liberal Democrat my whole life and I just can’t do it anymore’ stories, and here is another good one.

“Mr. X” poor sad Republicans.
Hey, he’s a newbie in a hostile city, give him time. Talking to someone yesterday who was going to check out my blog, I kind of hemmed and hawed and try to warn him that it was conservative and finally just said ‘I mean, I’m really proud of being right-wing, I just didn’t want to shock you’. It’s hard in NYC.
Karol, what are you hoping to hear from President Bush tonight from his press conference? Can this help reignite “the fire” in his second term?
Good article. Just wish the editor didn’t mix indented and block paragraphs.
Bay Ridge is a nice conservative refuge in NYC. I met a couple from there last weekend. The husband was wearing a “I [heart] Halliburton” hat. They struck up a conversation with me because I was reading an anti-French book
Speaking of Halliburton, have they been running ads up there? It has a bunch of people, one of them says, “All a soldier wants after patrol is some good chow.”
I haven’t seen any ads, but I use a DVR. I usually just zip past commercials altogether.
Halliburton runs commercials?
So much for liberal media bias!
