I’m going to send birthday cards to all of my young cousins this year. I’m grown up now, but I still remember how much I loved getting cards in the mail on my birthday and I need to remember to help others enjoy such wonderful days.

I just ordered The Book “Eat Fat Lose Fat” from Amazon.com. It’s written by Sally Fallon and Mary Enig. Sally Fallon is the president of the Weston Price Foundation, which has very politically incorrect ideas about nutrition. They say, for example, that animal fat is *good* for you.
